Dr. Marylyn C. Sines is a bilingual (Spanish, English) licensed psychologist. She provides individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a variety of concerns including: Depression, anxiety, trauma, attention deficit disorders, learning and behavioral difficulties, as well as parenting challenges. She also conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults. Her aim is to provide high quality and empirically validated services in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
Dr. Sines’ treatment approach is integrative and often draws on cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and play therapy techniques, as well as interpersonal and systems theory. She believes that treatment plans should be flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. Her areas of special interests include: child and adolescent therapy, treatment of abused children, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, parent training, psycho-educational evaluation, bilingual assessment, and pediatric neuropsychology.
